SHIPPING POLICY
Some Items are ready to be shipped straight away and I will do my best to do this in a three day period. but as I mainly work on commissions there is normally a four week turn around period to create and post your piece depending on the item. this may vary during busy times but I will always do my best to keep you informed.
I am based in the Uk and all my pieces are posted either by Royal Mail or Parcel Force with tracking. For international delivery please get in contact with me directly to discuss postage
I can not be responsible for any lost or missing packages. all duties and custom fees are the customer responsibility & any item returned due to non payment of these will not be refunded.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
I really hope you are happy with your new piece of Art work from P&R Creations but if you are not happy please contact me with in 7 days of receiving it & we can discuss what to do for the best. If you do not like your item I can offer a refund (minus postage) but the item must be in its original condition. Please contact me before posting it back.
When working on commissions I try to work alongside the customer discussing and planning colours and design through out the whole process. to create a very personalised piece of art work that I hope you will love as much as the love and care that has gone into making it.
